Audi is off to a great start for 2017! Audi sales and for the months of January and February Audi US sales have risen 14 percent. A large part of the rise in sales is due to the demand for SUVs. The sales for the Audi Q5 went up 36 percent over last February and 28 percent year-to-date. Sales of the Q7 rose 50 percent over last year to 2,477 vehicles. The Audi Q3 sales also went up by 12 percent. So a big thanks goes out to the Audi Q series. “SUVs now make up 50 percent of our sales volume,” said Mark Del Rosso, chief operating officer, Audi of America.
Audi hopes to continue the trend with the launch of the all-new Q5 this spring that builds on the success of its predecessors and attract new fans to Audi. The new Q5 is setting new standards with cutting-edge technology and unmatched performance with a 252 horsepower engine that goes from zero to 60 in 5.9 seconds.
